Supper Club with Amanny Ahmad
Supper Club is a regular dinner series created to celebrate local chefs and serve as a community gathering. Hosted in the building’s Main Hall or Garden, each edition of the Supper Club invites chefs to create an original dining experience. This month’s Supper Club is a celebration of the Summer Solstice with chef Amanny Ahmad. In honor of the longest day of the year, Ahmad will serve a heliocentrically-inspired meal cooked primarily over open fire.
Amanny Ahmad is a Palestinian American artist, chef, plant enthusiast, and food activist. She is based in New York and travels often in pursuit of knowledge of indigenous foraging, culinary, and preservation practices.
