Corrine Jasmin

Brooklyn-based Corrine Jasmin is a poet, musician, celebrated writer, and multidisciplinary artist creating to cement a Black future.
The powerhouse and dynamic performance artist shared stages with Flo Milli, opening for her Pittsburgh tour stop, and is a back-to-back Brooklyn Poetry Slam Champion. Her music is reflective, vast and experimental in nature. Move Through, her debut single, was accompanied by a self-directed and edited film and followed by (micro) album: Fever Dream Insomniac.
Jasmin has performed around the country and at spaces like BRIC, The Andy Warhol Museum, Nuyorican Poets Cafe, August Wilson Center, and Carnegie Museum of Art. She’s also a former Kelly Strayhorn Theater artist-in-residence.
